When is the box office open?

The box office is open on the day of the event only, one half hour before doors open for all public ticketed events.

Where is the box office?

The box office is located at the front entrance to Bill Graham Civic Auditorium at 99 Grove Street, San Francisco, California.

I'm purchasing tickets online for my kids, what do they need to pick up the tickets?

Have your child take the following with them,

• A printout of the online confirmation you received from the ticket vendor.
• A phone number where you, the purchaser, can be reached in case there is a problem.
• A photo ID such as a drivers license or student picture ID.
• A note from you that says you give permission to the child to pick up tickets which you have purchased with your credit card.

The Arena reserves the right to search bags,backpacks, purses and persons to ensure Public safety. All of the above items will not be allowed into the venue. People attempting to bring in items listed above will be asked to return them to their vehicle delaying their entrance into the venue.

California law prohibits Smoking in public assembly facilities. Smoking is allowed in designated areas located outside each entrance to the facility. Please check with an Arena usher or security personnel for exact locations.
